This project aims to design an illustrated Pamphlet that visually narrates the journey of living with fibromyalgia, a chronic condition marked by widespread pain, fatigue, and a host of other symptoms often misunderstood or overlooked. Despite medical advancements in symptom management, there remains a significant gap in post-diagnosis support and public awareness. This pamphlet seeks to bridge that gap by shifting the narrative from despair to understanding.

Through a series of evocative illustrations, the pamphlet will depict how fibromyalgia can unexpectedly take hold of a person's life, often leading to feelings of isolation and hopelessness. However, by fostering awareness, acceptance, and a shift in mindset, the project encourages individuals to better manage their symptoms and reclaim control over their daily lives.

Rather than offering a cure, the goal is to change perceptions, among patients, their families, and healthcare providers by promoting empathy, education, and emotional support. The pamphlet will be distributed in physical form to fibromyalgia patients, their support networks, and medical professionals involved in diagnosis and care.
